World renowned chef, co-founder and former chef of one of the best restaurants in the world - NOMA (Denmark) - Mads Refslund - will visit Armenia for gastronomic performance in Tsaghkunk Restaurant & Glkhatun restaurant.
Mads Refslund will be accompanied by former general manager of Aska restaurant Veronica Joy Rogov. She has 15-year long working experience at Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare restaurant of Cesare Ramirez (Michelin 3 stars) and Fredrik Berselius’ Aska (Michelin 2 stars).
Mads Refslund and the team of Tsaghkunk restaurant chef Susanna Ghukasyan will present a unique menu designed with the consideration of the traditions of the Armenian cuisine and enriched by the experience of the famous Michelin restaurants.

Studying authentic ingredients during his culinary tours, Mads Refslund will use the best products from Armenian regions, mainly from near Lake Sevan. “Bonding Rawness” philosophy of the renowned chef implies disclosing natural, organic tastes and flavors laid by nature.
The gastronomic performance will take place in Tsaghkunk Restaurant & Glkhatun from September 30 to October 3 and October 5 to 10.
The cost for the dinner comprising of 15 dishes is AMD 50 000; selection of wines – AMD 30 000.
