Napoletana Armenia pizzeria operating in Yerevan has received Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) certificate.
The pizzeria is number 883 worldwide and the only one in the region which has been officially certified by the Association.
“The AVPN is the only institution that certifies only those pizzerias who strictly preserve the century-long traditions of making Neapolitan pizza – the food approved by the association, wood-burning oven, traditional methods of making pizza,” Napoletana Armenia said in a press release.
Napoletana Armenia operates from spring of the running year.
The pizzas are made by Italian pizzaiolo Marco Leone with the components and specific products imported from Naples in the wood-burning oven approved by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
