The Bar World of Tomorrow event was held at Yerevan Brandy Company with the participation of 23 bartenders. The event took place in collaboration with Armenian Bartender’s Association and featured a training session conducted by ARARAT Craft & Twist Team Bartenders.

The initiative was aimed at introducing the rich history of ARARAT brandies, giving a fresh sense to bar-cocktail culture with the emphasize on the notion of “zero waste” cocktail making and responsible drinking․

Bartenders spent a rich day at Yerevan Brandy Company. To learn the history of the Armenian brandy-making, a special tour session was held by ARARAT Museum featuring a newly released tasting ritual – ARARAT Aroma Experience, which is a great opportunity to reveal different facets of the brandy.

As a member of Pernod Ricard Group, Yerevan Brandy Company constantly integrates and promotes the agenda of “Sustainability and Responsibility” into various areas of company’s activity.

On the scope of the event, bartenders passed an educational training course on “Sustainability and Responsibility”. One of the primaral ideas of the training was to minimize the amount of waste and the amount of leftovers from unused ingredients during everyday working process.

During the event, bartenders had a chance to taste recently launched ARARAT Otborny Collection Reserve brandy. The course concluded with a reception of "Think Green" cocktail based on "zero waste" concept, created by the bartenders of ARARAT Craft & Twist team.
