Since 1963, the company has also been present in North America, maintaining its leading position thanks to high-quality equipment, innovative solutions, and professional education. Today, Carpigiani Gelato University is considered one of the most prestigious centers in the field.

This project marks an important step toward realizing Maison Marom’s long-term vision, where business evolves into a cultural platform—one where gastronomy becomes an instrument of memory, heritage, and creativity. Melonpan is not only emerging as a gastronomic brand but also becoming an active supporter of Armenia’s cultural development, contributing to the formation of a new generation of hospitality professionals and strengthening the country’s international recognition.
