GastroVino spoke with Kristine Vardanyan, the commercial director of Armenia Wine Company, who told us what awaits the participants of the festival at the company's pavilion.
"As a company carrying the traditions and culture of Armenian winemaking, we have the honor to present that culture to all our guests and festival participants. This year we have exclusive novelties, which are truly the descendants of the 6000-year-old Armenian winemaking, and have already received high praise on the most prestigious international platforms. The wine days will be a unique presentation of the company's new ultra-premium wines "Tariri Karasum" and "Tariri Reserve".
We also have important news in the field of organic winemaking. the company's first organic wine, "BioNe", received the US certificate from the "EcoCert" company and will also be presented at our pavilion.
While talking about the format of the pavilion, Kristine Vardanyan mentioned:
"This year, we have also have an interesting approach to the format of the pavilion: it has the color of red tuff, like the entire complex of the "Armenia Wine" winery. At the pavilion, we paid special attention to 3 lines of our wines.

We present the Tariri series with archival footage from the excavations of Teishebaini, as well as pottery from the Urartian and Hellenistic periods: fragments of jars and bowls tell about the Armenian culture of keeping wine in pottery. The fragments were brought from the ancient site of Artashat capital.

We tell about the Takar series with shots of oak barrels making process and show the inside of the barrel, in which the wines of the series are aged.
BioNe wine is the harmony of the cycle of nature: the swallows symbolize organic viticulture and the Areni cave, which is considered its cradle.
