Armenia Wine will release it’s new brandy

With more than 11 years of prevailing presence in the Armenian and international markets, Armenia Wine Company will soon release a new brandy brand which tends to comprise the national traditions and advanced international experience all in one.

Set up in 2006 from vineyards in Armavir region Armenia Wine Company has reached Aragatsotn region, one of the winemaking centres in Armenia, which also hosts the wine factory.

Probably few people know that over the past 10 years, the company has been engaged not only in winemaking but also has made foremost investments in brandy making, becoming one of the industry's leaders. The company has been brewing brandy in deep cellars over the past 10 years, and only now 3, 5, 7 and 10-year-old brandy will be treated to the consumer.

On that occasion the marketing and design team representatives of the French company  Appartment 103 have been invited to Armenia and will be engaged in branding procedure of the new product.

For two days, the specialists were treated a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the rich heritage of Armenian brandy making and winemaking, the history and traditions of the company, development prospects, brandy ageing secrets and the culture and rituals of degustation rules.

"Combining modern technologies and the experience of the best professionals, as well as the unique geographical and winemaking climatic conditions in Armenia, Armenia Wine will introduce a brand-new culture in brandy making", said Olivier Shapt, the brandy consultant of Armenia Wine Company. At the depth of 6.5m basalt stone cellars, the company’s brandy makers have combined the delicacy of the Armenian natural heritage and the unique peculiarities of French cognac.

Thus, a new brand of brandy will be introduced not only in Armenia but in numerous countries in the world as well, a brand which is an excellent combination of the rich national traditions of brandy production, international advanced technologies and modern solutions.
