Famous Beer Academy has birthed another beer restaurant - Ethnograph, which has an ethnic face and works in a 150-year-old building. Ethnograph is trying to enrich the national beer making traditions and culture in Armenia.

“I have to say, beer has a longer history than wine in Armenia, evidenced in many sources. The point of Ethnograph, our second beer academy, is to establish an ethnic beer restaurant in an area of historical and cultural importance,” said Beer Academy founder Armen Ghazaryan.

Beer Academy Ethnograph has two menus: one is the regular Beer Academy menu and another – an ethnic one.

The open-air space features the kitchen where people can watch the chefs create.
